When you schedule mobile car detailing services through our website or over the phone, it's essential to review and agree to the booking terms and conditions before confirming your appointment. Once an appointment is scheduled, you are obligated to comply with the terms outlined herein.
Mirror Image Detailing retains the right to adjust prices and the contents of car detailing packages at our discretion. Any modifications will be promptly reflected on our website.
Payments for bookings are processed upon the completion of the requested services. Mirror Image Detailing accepts cash, debit, and credit cards. In the event of a declined credit card, we will contact the customer to address the payment issue within 48 hours after the refusal.
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from their vehicles before availing themselves of our car detailing service at home. Mirror Image Detailing assumes no liability for any loss or damage to personal property, the serviced vehicle, or the service location. We may secure a debit or credit card to confirm the booking.
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Within the 48-hour period, a $40 fee is applicable to compensate our technicians. This rule applies to all retail-priced car detailing services.
If there is evidence that our service technician did not fulfill the ordered package or if poor craftsmanship is evident, we will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional cost. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion via phone or text message, accompanied by pictures of the area in question.
Due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, our technicians may experience delays. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Mirror Image Detailing will make efforts to communicate any delivery delays.
From time to time, Mirror Image Detailing may offer a referral program which enables you to earn credits redeemable for Mirror Image Detailing services by sharing a unique referral link provided to you by Mirror Image Detailing (“Referral Link”) with your friends.Note that combining credits & coupons is not possible.To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be a new customer of Mirror Image Detailing and use your Referral Link to sign up for the Services. You may not collect referrals by:
♦ self-referring by using multiple or false names, identities, accounts or email addresses;
♦ referring anyone who is an existing Mirror Image Detailing customer, including an existing customer with an account under an alternate email address;
♦ using spam or sending unsolicited emails to persons they don’t personally know to collect referrals, or otherwise violating any applicable law, rule, regulation or third party terms of use;
♦ posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites or other online venues;
♦ permitting another individual to use the referring customer’s account;
♦ referring fake people to Mirror Image Detailing, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing Mirror Image Detailing with false or misleading information;
♦ using the Referral Link in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays Mirror Image Detailing in a negative light; or
♦ referring customers in violation of any other restriction we impose on participants in our referral program in our discretion upon prior notice.
♦ If Mirror Image Detailing determines in its sole discretion that there has been a violation of these terms, Mirror Image Detailing reserves the right to cancel or rescind any accrued credits and/or determine that either or both the referred customer and referring customer are ineligible to participate in this or future offers. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Mirror Image Detailing reserves the right to void, verify or adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
